So glad this popped up in my TH-cam feed. I was watching a Vampire campaign on a different channel and one of the players seemed to be playing a different game then the rest. She was very disruptive, broke character, didn't care about her surroundings, didn't care about the story, didn't pay attention, and wouldn't work with the other players. It's sad, I liked the GM's storytelling and the other players made interesting characters. However, I'm excited to watch this campaign and was thrilled to discover this is only the first of several Vampire campaigns on the channel. Really like the cast and storyteller, everyone seems respectful and interesting.
You and two other youtubers have brought me into this world!!! and then I got to have a convo with the creators of the world of darkness and I've just fallen so far in love with these world that like LETs just say i'm your fan for life Storyteller!!!

Awesome! Using the supplement book then? I use it as a pretty solid base - took a lot of the canon characters, setting, etc. Main difference is it's several years later with a full Ivory Tower whereas the supplement starts just after the war. Thanks for checking out the show. :)
Well, as for the supplement material, I read the New York By Night book and also a bunch of articles on wikia. I really love the city (even though I've never been to NY yet, it will happen someday for sure). We play in our own timeline in which the Gehenna had been promised to happen in 2012, but it didn't and a some sort of massive battle happened between the Camarilla and the Sabbat with a lot of kindred KIA and the situation is really shitty for both sides. Essentially, the boroughs are controlled by the Camarilla almost entirely, and the other factions (the anarchs, the Sabbat and indies) are extremely weakened, but the Camarilla is facing it's biggest crisis yet, with the former prince of NY (an original character) gone completely mad and almost completely jeopardizing the masquerade by leaking stuff on youtube. So yeah, that's pretty much the backstory of the campaign I'm GMing with my friends. Again, thank you for doing your stuff, it totally helps, especially since it's the first time ever me being a GM.
So I have just found this and was thrilled when I did. I used to follow the Philly by Night you did with the original group. I enjoyed it because we are also doing a NY by Night now and in ours we're taking down the Camarilla because the Prince was murdered and the "stand in prince" is causing all sorts of mischief while we also have humans being forcibly turned kindred and lycan and dealing with covid. So it just had me grinning.

While we do not have a Sabbat game going on at the moment, it is among upcoming projects we're planning. Very likely we might run one for October leading up to Halloween. :)
We use a mix - we actually stream on Twitch using the OBS program that picks up our video from Skype (now using Zoom), audio from Discord, and then the dice roller is the Roll20 website (OBS picks up different windows as selected). Thanks for watching!
We use the website Roll20.net. It's quite useful for online tabletop. The rest of the screen in the video is pieced together in a program called OBS, so we just have the dice portion of Roll20 selected.

We use an amalgamation of a couple different versions of the madness network. It's fully homebrew, but it works for our purposes.
