Wow - 'resisting the movements of life' - 100% true that our ordinary minds try to rule everything and get it wrong so often

Interesting for sure, Gil Hedley is a treasure so great that you connected with him. Just a bit pity with all the interrupting ads...

Excellent information thank you. Great interview. Fits with GNM, polyvagal theory, TRE, SE, and my native world view.
Most of my body was crushed in a airplane crash, it all speaks to my experience, I was dead I relate to this work. The natural state of people is ecstacy.

Thank you so much for this. I am learning so much. Such valuable information. We should be taught this in school.

We weren’t taught anything that was truly useful by the powers that be. If we knew this stuff and could keep ourselves healthy the main stream medical wouldn’t be rich off our illness. Sad but true.

I have a question! Based on your original findings of the calves and the feet, have you been able to "MAP" areas that corrolate, similar to that of say the Meridians in TCM?

Without a doubt in my mind, I have been ransacking every reason of why almost every muscle is out of whack. I broke my left ankle about 8 years ago and favored my right for so long. When all goes crazy my left ankle gets very tight. By lightly touching the tight or loose ankle skin, everything loosens up, but it eventually returns tight…The only wonder I still have is, How to reset both sides, and what acts as the foundational set point? Because the adjustment radiates all the way up to my neck…..

This issue comes down to the alignment of the ankles. Everything in the body is so interconnected that the twisting of the fascia that forms out of the injury and the following compensation will knock every single muscle out of alignment up the chain. We need to fix the alignment of the ankles first. There is a series in the Membership called “The Pronator Corrector” that is the perfect solution for this!

Funny use of words, given that the most literal meaning of “inspiration” is “to breathe”.
