It's insane that you still need GUI to change the clock settings or change domain/workgroup. as well as other functions on server core - and pretty stupid. I was unable to do this remotely via powershell /psession. What is the point of core/powershell if it is still graphics dependent?
You have installed Windows Server Core edition. For Windows Server with GUI you need to install Windows Server with Desktop Experience edition. Check out that option at time stamp 3:17 in the video.
Anyone install VirtualBox extension on a core install? I was able to get the mouse integration and shared file system to work but could not get the clipboard feature to work. Host os is WIN10.
Just what I needed

How to change it to gui?
It is not possible, you need to re-install the OS again if you want GUI. The feature is removed from Windows Server 2016.
