@@bluestonic I get better tones from the black star. The Marshall is the best overall but for small amps, the Blackstar wins easy. Pair with EQ and it’s all that I need in a rig
@ Great to know! You always seem to get incredible tone no matter what you play through. What EQ pedal do you use? 10 band to boost 1-4k? Still using the peacock OD with the EQ?
@@bluestonicthank you! I use an MXR ten band and boost 1k to 2k. I like that tighter spread and it’s with reduced shrill frequencies. I have been using that with the peacock pedal running into the clean channel of the blackstar in the front end. It works really well with the clean channel and I can still get those chimey cleans when I roll off the volume knobs on the guitar.
Perfection❤Nice touch with the “chirping” at the end🎸
👏 Sounds awesome!
You definitely got all the little duane tricks down along with the tone ... great job
Thank you very much. Duane has been schooling me for the last half decade. Great teacher
Sounds incredible
Great job
@@endoalley680 thank you for watching
That's a fine sounding tone you got going...might find it.. possibly in my dreams?
This is great! What tuning are you in? Open E?
@@Adam-pp4fx standard!
Killer! You’ve also been using the Fender GTX50 at times as well so which small amp do you think you get better tones from out of curiosity?

Sounds perfect. What amp and speakers and settings??
Wow thank you. I’m using a BlackStar Debut 50 combo with a 12 inch JBL D120 clone from Weber speaker
@@XxSkydog71xXI agree with Brian, perfect tone. You really nailed it. Do you mic your amp for recording or use a line out?
@@MIKE-D158 I mic my amp with a Scarlett mic and interface
@ great tone and playing!
