Cake Rusk Recipe Without & With Oven | Cake Toast Recipe | Homemade Rusk ~ The Terrace Kitchen

[INGREDIENTS]
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Tsp Vinegar
4 Tbsp Oil
1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
3 Tbsp Milk Powder
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence or Extract
Few drops of Yellow Food Color (Optional)
1 Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Baking Powder
[BAKING INSTRUCTIONS]
CAKE:
👉 OTG/Convection: Preheat at 180°C for 10 min. Then bake for 25-30 min.
👉 Kadhai/Cooker(No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 10 min & then at low flame for 20-25 min.
RUSK:
👉 OTG/Convection: Preheat at 160°C for 10 min. Then bake for 15-17 min, flip the cake slices and again bake for 15-17 min.
👉 Kadhai/Cooker(No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at low flame for 15-20 min, flip the cakes & bake for 15-20 min.
