Making of Easy Tea Rusk
Maida ( All Purpose Flour ) - 2 Cups
Baking powder - 2 tsp
Salt - 1 Pinch
Butter - 200 gms
Powdered sugar - 1 Cup
Egg - 4 nos
Milk - 1/2 Cup
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Cashew nuts(Finely chopped) - 1/4 Cup
Yellow food colour- few drops

Njan cake Rusk try chaithu. ingredients maidaku pagaram banana flour and arrowroot powder anu use chaithe.
But Kurachu hard ayitanu rusk erikane. Hardnessbkurakan enthan cheyandae.
