@ looks massive (great). I’m thinking about buying one but doubting because it’s not Oled.
Would you say it’s close enough to Oled in term of black level?
Do you run games at native resolution ?
      Thanks in advance

@@NayveYT It looks and is indeed massive, look at my other simrig tour vids for some other perspectives…
Note: I use LOW BLUE FILTER on the monitor so I don’t get fatigue eyes that quick (not that the normal mode is bad or so but I’m just having sensitive eyes)
So these vids you see are WITH low blue filter, without it the monitors colors look more WOW and blacks are also deep because it has special features for it.
As for OLED: Never owned one so can’t comment on that, saw only OLED’s at stores etc…
I only have a RTX 2070 Super so not powerful enough for native resolution. Use native only for everyday desktop use. Use 5120x1440 for all games with low/mid settings to have 120 FPS.
Also it runs on 240 Hz normally on DP 2.1 but Nvidia only has 1.4 so only 120Hz here…
When monitor is at 5120x1440 it runs at 240 Hz BUT I had black screen issues a while ago in iRacing and other games…(it can be an issue with Nvidia driver/Windows Update/monitor,…) on 120Hz mode never black screen problem…
So best is to have an Nvidia 5090 Series GPU with 2.1 to be able to fully enjoy 7680x2160 240 Hz
120Hz is smooth BUT 240 Hz is BEST.

@ wow thanks a lot for the info ! Very appreciated !
One last question :D. When using the 1440p, is it a bit blurry (because of upscaling) or is it sharp like it would have been if it was a native 1440p?
I’m wondering because very often (at least each time I tried) when using a non native resolution it becomes blurry because of the bad upscaling done by the monitor.
      And I subscribed ! ;)

@@NayveYT No problem and thx for the sub!
I would say for iRacing when sharpening in-game is checked there is no blurry image, crisp on 1440p, same for most other games (also depends on the game, ACC not good for example).
Then for desktop use is native best but on 1440p, small text does see blurry but MOVIES on TH-cam and all other things like web text etc which is not very small, it’s still sharp enough.
Also don’t forget that the distance to the screen matters a lot as you know, how closer you get how blurry it gets when 1440p but at a say a good arm length it’s not blurry.
I was actually amazed that 1440p was still crisp, I expected worse but the monitors pixel density etc is very well…
On Movies I really need to pay attention to see differance between 1440p and 4K… it’s almost actually identical, also Microsoft Edge has built in upscaling for TH-cam vids etc which also does a good job extra.
Any more questions, feel free to ask because it’s an expensive monitor and hearing user experiences is nice.
I bought it almost 6 months ago for 1700 Euros (discounted) when it was like 2200 Euros so fairly good deal, it’s worth it !
