I don't watch them in the morning but I am usually sipping tea and it's very much "me time". There is something so soothing about these videos, without the complication of the human voice interrupting. I love the way that Nami takes such care to make beautiful dishes to eat, even though she is eating alone. She treats herself so well, it makes me want to do the same! Also, I love how she gives gifts to friends and family that are wrapped with care and so thoughtful. Finally, I love the cats at the end of the videos. I find watching these videos such a satisfying experience all round and although I am spending less time on social media these days, I always make time for these!
