I drooled like a dog when she ate the frozen watermelon. I'm working today and it will be 100 degrees Fahrenheit. This calming video helps me to relax when I get home.

Some objects in my home are like old friends. I have a very sturdy, big, work horse of an ironing board that is 45 years old! I enjoy ironing as a type of meditation. Like to see the wrinkles go away. Every clothing looks fresh & crisp. Have a very good day!

Wow paint by number, I use 2 do that all the time as a kid, u did a wonderful job with it, now I wanna do some lol I do diamond painting now, it's very calming & it's very involved but it shines so much looks so beautiful when done, u may like it, it's on Amazon small kits & very large ones. I love watching you make big meals for yourself. It looks relaxing, and I love that you do that for yourself. I also liked seeing the cats at the end :)
The larger pan was showing lots wearing from all of the usage, albeit a lot of good meals. Similar to Teflon if the coating is coming off, it’s better to replace the pans. Sometimes our bodies tell us enough and we need to listen and rest. It looked like you had some good company with the birds nearby. I have a small feeder near my garden, this weekend while working on a home improvement project, I occasionally stopped to watch and listen to my company chat with each other. Sometimes regardless of weather you just need to give into your desire, especially since yours is full of veggies.

I had an adventure while driving to see my friends in the city yesterday. There was something on the road on the freeway turnout that burst my front tire. I phoned my friend who was just arriving at our restaurant destination and she came and sat with me on the side of the road, waiting for the service truck. While we bungled giving directions to the first of two service truck drivers, my friend's car battery died. So now, after over an hour, the second service man found us and had two vehicles to get moving again. I followed my friend to a tire shop; and, by the time we finished a delayed meal, I had two new front tires installed for just under $500. What an adventure! Namiさん、いつもありがとうございます。登録者数70万台くらいの時から見させていただいていました。キッチン用品など真似させていただいてたり女子力のないおばさんですがNamiさんの女子力を参考にさせていただいています。1月に大きな病気をして長い入院生活を強いられて仕事も退職になってしまい、楽しみにしていた土曜日の動画公開も見れなくなっていました。やっぱりリア充(古い？)を見ることは辛かったんでしょうね。最近、退院して次の仕事も決まってようやく心にゆとりが出来て見れなかった時期の動画をまた見れるようになりました。これからの目標は健康に生きていくこと、丁寧に生きていくことなので今回の早朝のサイクリングも参考にさせていただきますね。ただただ、丁寧に暮らして料理して偉いな〜っていう憧れから、自分もそうしなきゃまた病気になってしまうので、すごく励みになる動画を作ってくれてありがとうの気持ちで長々とコメントしてしまいました 笑
あ、梅干しはとても体にいいので毎日1粒食べて正解です😊食べ過ぎは塩分過多になるので気をつけてくださいね。健康のために食材やストレッチの動画ばかり見ている日々です😂

夏の豚汁、私は大好きなのでよく作ります。汁つながりにはなっちゃうんですが、たまたま今日行った美容師さんとお雑煮が食べたいという話で盛り上がりました。夏なのでお餅の代わりに麩を使って、冷えたお雑煮なんて美味しいんじゃなあい？というアイディアを言い合ったり...つくづくお料理って楽しいですね🤭

I had an adventure while driving to see my friends in the city yesterday. There was something on the road on the freeway turnout that burst my front tire. I phoned my friend who was just arriving at our restaurant destination and she came and sat with me on the side of the road, waiting for the service truck. While we bungled giving directions to the first of two service truck drivers, my friend's car battery died. So now, after over an hour, the second service man found us and had two vehicles to get moving again. I followed my friend to a tire shop; and, by the time we finished a delayed meal, I had two new front tires installed for just under $500. What an adventure! I showed your Channel to my friend over Lunch. She commented on how clear and crisp your filming pictures are.
