@@SR-gs8zo I spent 5 years in university sleeping 3, maybe 4 hours per day (between studying and working) and I just got used to it by the end. I stopped because I had no need to keep doing that, but if my livelihood was on the line I'd probably would be able to keep doing it.
@@LetztezBatallion Meanwhile it can lead to heart attacks and more if you don't get proper sleep which is 5+ hours. This is a scientifically proven fact. Just because you think you're fine doesn't mean your body isn't, and I say that from experience. When you say "you got used to it", you ignored the signs of your body wanting more rest. You're lucky you stopped and nothing happened.
Huge respect to these people. Especially the boss of Bread Days, who works between 19 and 20 hours a day and delivers such quality. Unbelievable. I have been to Japan several times now and am absolutely thrilled and fascinated by this country.
Love your channel. Japan is one of the world's great baking countries. I will say, though, that I think pain au chocolat are often a bit too crunchy in Japan compared to France -- and they appear that way in this video. In any event, jealous of all the wonderful bakeries in Japan.
