- Today we have everyone's favourite Ice Age Villains in the Courtroom. We got Soto ( Ice Age 1 ), Cretaceous & Maelstorm ( Ice Age 2: The Melt down ), Rudy (Ice age 3 : Dawn of the Dinosaurs), Captaing Gutt (Ice age 4: Continental Drift), Gavin (Ice age 5: Collision Course) and Orson (Ice age 6: The wild adventures of Buck Wild) . What crimes have they comitted? Will they get away with them? Stay tuned and find out!

I think the villains from the second movie should get an insanity plea, as they are more barbaric than the other animals, meaning they are acting on instinct.

Cretaceous and Maelstrom got off pretty light with only have 5 life sentences. And I never knew they had actual names until this video.
Orson having 3 death sentences, on top of 11 life sentences and 15 years, is pretty funny to me. Same with Gavin who is a single father of two with a death sentence, 3 life sentences, 15 years, and $10k charge. That was pretty funny.
I think Cretaceous and Maelstrom shouldn’t be on this list as they are just wild animals and seem to be critically endangered as we only see 2

Realistically, Rudy should have 11 life sentences cause Ellie had given birth to Peaches, and the young Mammoth calve was there at the time, so it would be 11 life sentences not 10
Well there's a theory of Rudy that he might have killed moma Rex's mate cause there's no way momma rex didn't find a male rex so he might have died fighting Rudy so I think it could be 11 life
Fun Fact: Kevin Temmer was an Employee animator at Blue Sky Studios working on animation scenes of Ice Age 5, Ferdinand, and Spies in Disguise and then would later be hired by Glitch Productions to be a lead animator at "Murder Drones" and "The Amazing Digital Circus"! Awesome, isn't it?
This makes me want to watch Ice Age again, specifically the first two. I hope Animated Courtroom will cover the villians of Will Vinton's Claymation franchise, specifically Leonard Limabean [The California Raisins Sold Out and The California Raisins Show], Willshire Pig [Claymation Comedy of Horrors and Claymation Easter], and the various other villains of The California Raisins Show. They can get pretty brutal at times too.

Rudy could also be charged with mutilation (taking Buck's eye), change that 7 to 8, because Peaches was there to, although he didn't know about her until they got there, he very much would've gone for her too, stalking for following the group their entire journey, and at the least another attempted murder on Sid earlier in the film.

Edit: Gutt also should get a theft charge, as one of the weapons that the pirates used is Buck's dagger/knife, which basically means the 6th movie is more like a non canon spinoff given he magically has it back.

It's pretty weird, overall it technically doesn't matter since they're considered villians so they're being charged as if they were seintent enough to understand their disturbing actions.
In the defense of Cretaceous and maelstrom, they just woke up after sleeping in their icy prison for a few million years, so they were gonna be pretty hungry.
im still actually dissapointed in ice age 6, since alot of character where missing like Shira, Peaches, Julian, Scrat, Brooke and Granny. and the movie didnt felt like it was a part of the series, and the voices were different and it was more childish because disney owns now blue sky. i really hope they make a better ice age 6 that really fits the serie

I feel like omnicide should carry a worse sentence that your run of the mill regicide or terrorism.
Tbh I think Gutt would have the most charges movie wise if his crimes were charged, my dude committed Assualt multiple times, enslavement, definitely Piracy, Kidnapping, Attempted Murder on multiple accounts, Coercion, and even though we don't see it in the movie, I think multiple accounts of murder given he probably has committed several acts of murder given hence he explains how he got his name and demonstrates to Sid without actually killing him, hence the name "Gutt" it can be implied he has murdered and disemboweling several victims. one of his crew members even says "your innies become your outies". he would be sentenced to life of imprisonment or maybe even the death penalty with all the absolute heinous and vile crimes he has committed throughout his life. I believe the only two from him you were missing from him that we actually see in the movie I believe was enslavement and Piracy. I think piracy would have been an automatic charge given he is a pirate captain and the other crimes being volatile as it is.
Soto unintentionally killing the human mother would also count as Involuntary manslaughter, which would earn 10 to 16 months in prison.
Technically, none of these characters committed crimes. As they all existed in a time way before the law was even a concept.
That and all of them are literally animals.
Ladies and gentlemen of the court, my arguement for my clients is simply because it is in their nature. Born to be hunters and to protect what they own. You wouldnt arrest a bear for hunting you, espcially if you decide to intrude on theie territory.
