Holy shit, 5:50 is so damn depressing.. the player witnessing the aftermath of war.. takes a look around the place that was once lively with crowds cheering upon them.. and just decides to take a seat on the bench.. accepting the fact that his life will never be the same.. for his suffering will last forevermore.
This Is nearly perfect at showing the absolute dread and sadness of the PTSD veterans of WW1 had gained, returning from war serving your country just for your mind to replay the explosion of Mortar-Shells and the constant gun fire that would cease from other side when that side was overrun and killed plus the constant screams of the ones who died In your home-town. This Is truly petrifying.
I mean its a game about history. If youre going to make a game about history, the main focus is making it accurate. Thats the whole immersion type thingy.
I wouldn't say the best, due to glitches, but it's definitely the most emotional and immersive by a LANDSLIDE. I think it aimed to paint a picture of what these soldiers went through, and it does that really well. But if you're playing for gameplay, then just go to Entrenched. Both are amazing.
I thought this was going to be a family friendly thing to let little kids know about WW1, but when the music kicked in, I knew what I was in for. I also thought this was kinda disturbing and enjoyed the message it gave me. THANK YOU ROBLOX!!!

As Johnny Sanders said, it would pierce the femoral artery, causing you to bleed out quickly. Realism should be balanced in order to make gameplay acceptable to the player. But some aspects of realism cannot be let go of.

I think that instead of using California Dreamin', they should've used The War to End All Wars by Sabaton. But, both have their pros. California Dreamin' will make the experience more depressing and more sad, whereas The War to End All Wars will make the experience more heavy and powerful. Both work, but in different ways. But this game, holy shit. Finally, something that quite accurately depicts the horrors of war.

This game is a masterpiece, however I would like it if they added more "depressing" bits to it just to sell the point a little bit further. the soundtrack is fire too, I wish I knew the songs used in the game.
I think it’s fine to make games about past wars like this, but we have to remember actual war itself, and its real horrors, that it was not a game, and not fun. You can have fun playing the video-game, sure, but be aware of what it was like for the actual people fighting it, and the reasons why war is not good for the world.
