AMALFI BY BOBBY FLAY | CAESARS PALACE

I had my birthday dinner at Amalfi because Bobby Flay is my favorite celebrity chef and his great flavors that he comes up with his dishes.
My personal review:
A must try is the salmon carpaccio. I have tasted a lot of salmon carpaccio but this exceeded my expectations. the best of all.
The bread we ordered is not on the menu. You got to order this.
Pastas were great. The flavors are there but I think with its price the portions are freaking small. You will see it in the video.
The 24ounce ribeye is tender and priced ok.
Tiramasu is so creamy and delicious.
The fishes for me are overpriced per lb and the presentation doesn't look good. I would rather buy with the same fish taste in the seafood market. fish is fish.
