This is all really useful for me. After having my T4 for 5 years I couldn't put off attacking the previous bodywork "repairs" to find out what was lurking beneath. I'm going to have a lot of similar repairs to do ... after I buy a welder and learn to weld 🤣
I’m glad this is helping, I haven’t filmed a lot but thought I’d at least show and document the work done even if not showing the progress. I guess in future videos working on customers vans I may be able to go into it a bit more detailed. Good luck with your repairs and welding 👍

Nice work Twiggs, I’m doing the same job on my own van, would cost a small fortune in a garage but nice as a hobby job. Your making it look easy 👍
Thank you 🙏, yeah it would cost a lot putting it in a garage but the repairs of some garages are shocking, a lot of garages usually just put a patch over the area whereas I do restoration, cutting out the rust and fabricate, or replacing panels. It’s easy when you know how and have the tools 👌 💪 👍 good luck on doing yours, can’t wait to see the results 👍

Depend on your skill set as low as 15amps
If it’s the spray product from a can then it’ll be dinitrol rc 900, I also use a brush on which can also be put in a spray gun and that’s called bilt hamper hydrate 80, hope that helps 👍
In my opinion.... Doesn't worth it.... Too much rust....
Now you can buy a van for 5000......just doesn't worth it
