I didn't wanna open it because I have a movie accurate shield that came with the AOE Armored Knight version (same thing paint and retooling body wise but had that God awful backpack of the backwheels that didn't come off) Thanks for watching!
Lovely figure and that was really smart of them to turn the back kibble into a shield! The shield transformation seems fairly involved and nice to see it can be left on the back like how the backpack on the original was
aranobilis98 Yea it can actually transform like the original it's just hard for me to do that in my set so I decided to show an alternate transformation. Because let's be honest what kid/person is gonna leave it with it's backpack with the wheels sticking on? I shoulda showed it but meh no big deal im.waiting to get a proper Tripod and table light box ect so I can do better videos. That AND a new camera/phobe. Thanks for watching Aran!
Bladebreaker08 I think the best version is the SDCC VOYAGER Optimus Prime! 😆 I certainly don't think the regular voyager is any where near as good though 😂 One thing about SDCC voyager is the paint job on the eyes looks same in pics but in hand you can see its applied much less paint onit and more precise, tbh the entire figures painted except the smokestacks and part of the feet. In pics the silver looks the same and so does the blue, least Hasbro's pics, but in hand it's fantastic! The silver is more gritty and dark, and the blue is metal flake. This is just my opinion of course and it doesn't make this Calibur Optimus any worse if a figure. This is an AWESOME figure itself & as such, I just ordered the entire 2018 Movie Best line up from Takara including this figure with the more metallic blue paint accurately applied for the Nemesis paint scheme. The red mark of betrayal & purple eyes mmmm :) Can't wait to get that order in.

Not as good as the Alien attack version, but this is still really good and even has the gauntlets. Why does everyone but takara and unique toys do the regular arms?

It couldnt stand or hold itsemd together in bot mode. The Unique Toys Challenger WAS indeed a better figure though. I say that because I have and reviewed it. And I know the comment is old & you were probably just speaking off of images of AA version so I'm not putting you down in any way. Thanks for watching & your support. If I can get only one Optimus Prime figure based on the version from both Age Of Extinction & The Last Knight movie, this is the one I would like to add to my collection. Because he is loaded with weponary, you got the Energon Axe, The Knight Sword, The Signature Energon Blade ( if any of you lucky to get one), and it fixes the major issue that I had with this mold, the backpack can be detached and used it as a sheild. That is really cool.

BUT my Leader Megatron is being sent to me now that I paid for in July for 50.00 at bbts *UGH*. This is why I don't like buying walmart retail figures at bbts. Uhhh it's like I always see em ar retail for less b4 they arrive :/. But I'm excited to get him reguardless And I'm even MORE excited to get my Movie Best TakaraTomy Leader Megatron with red mark & grey steel colored plastic! Instead of steel slate blue colored plastic. Have u watched my movie best playlist? I have them all reviewed but Ironhide if not. They litterally are THE BEST because they are made with stronger ABS more saturated aa well, and QC of a God with 2 or more layered baked on paint for scratch resistant effect. I saw/seen Transformers in the days they weren't on the shelves anymore (early'90s) and I dread for that day to happen again. And I feel that direct KO's that are better, out a month after official release AND CHEAPER Is something that's not good for the brand & eventually could kill the brand depending on where they are going with this. If. Hasbro throws in the towel were not gonna have any of this that or the other. Not like today anyway.. Now this is just my personal actions, im not telling you or anyone else what to do. Black Hole Hmmm I dont do KOS that are Hasbro molds cause I remember days of Transformers not on shelves anymore & I don't wanna see that happen again. That was 1989 to 1995. But it can happen again. Before you ignore this read on this is interesting. The more the fans support KOcompanies. The KO companies will make the same molds faster, better, and CHEAPER! & everytime someone buys a KO, the KO co. is ready to do it again & at a faster rate as business grows at higher volumes, they make higher production runs. The more production, the more it cuts into Hasbro's revenue. I don't believe Hasbro feels as violated from FansToys, Toyworld, MMC & the like, bc those companies make their own designs. But think about it, if this continues to grow in success, is Hasbro even gonna waste their time once bad toy sales come forth again? I've seen 'em stop Transformers for 1 year of bad toy sales. So if they get bad sales AND all their shit is being sold for cheaper, better, and litterally released a month after their own release (which cuts into their revenue big time!), that's all the reason they will need to shut down the brand. And if the BRAND DIES so do the KO Transformers. 😉

Lunatic Prime well I just moved everything in my recent relocation &I’m slowly going thru everything. (I just got into my TF:Animated collection & will be reviewing them as well starting tonight;) but as far as I remember the axe separates at the top where the axe and the handle merge. I don’t believe you get any more separation out of bro. Thanks for all your support and views lately mad props! And I will find out the answer for u for sure when I unbury the toy You have no idea how much and how many rooms and warehouses are filled with toys. It’s honestly unreal! :P
Thanks man, that's already enough to know ;) I only need one side of the staff to fit through a closed 5 mm port/hand. So it will work :) I just ordered the bronze version of the Calibur axe. I guess I'll give it to my Knight Armor Grimlock. In total I spend nearly $ 100 just for weapons and 2 Arms Microns :P And good to hear that you'll review Animated figures now. First I didn't like Animated at all. But the toys are actually awesome. It's just that I prefer a little more realistic look.

Jonathan Mclaughlin The colors for Hasbro's are wrong and very bland. The mold is completely wrong too. This figure fixes everything the other figure got wrong. The chest is redone to be accurately sculpted that's obvious. The feet are resculpted to be accurate as well. Hasbro's doesn't even have the gauntlets just the arms he has in the beginning of AOE. ...STILL! This figure has wrist swivels, not Hasbro's. Has smaller skirt armor, & best of all NO BACKPACK! And rotating faceplate switch out. Anyways thanks for watching bud. :)
EndermanPlayz - Minecraft & Roblox Nice! Hes not as good as the voyager in likeness to the mold. But he's painted waaaaay better. He's got the accurate details, his head gimmick is bad ass and both heads/faces look perfect. And he's tall enough to mske Leader Megatron not a stand alone piece. You'll lile him, he's a good investment.

I got this figure coming to me tomorrow! The lack of a backpack makes this easily the best version of the AOE/TLK Optimus.

Black Hole Hmmm I dont do KOS that are Hasbro molds cause I remember days of Transformers not on shelves anymore & I don't wanna see that happen again. That was 1989 to 1995. But it can happen again. Before you ignore this read on this is interesting. The more the fans support KOcompanies. The KO companies will make the same molds faster, better, and CHEAPER! & everytime someone buys a KO, the KO co. is ready to do it again & at a faster rate as business grows at higher volumes, they make higher production runs. The more production, the more it cuts into Hasbro's revenue. I don't believe Hasbro feels as violated from FansToys, Toyworld, MMC & the like, bc those companies make their own designs. But think about it, if this continues to grow in success, is Hasbro even gonna waste their time once bad toy sales come forth again? I've seen 'em stop Transformers for 1 year of bad toy sales. So if they get bad sales AND all their shit is being sold for cheaper, better, and litterally released a month after their own release (which cuts into their revenue big time!), that's all the reason they will need to shut down the brand. And if the BRAND DIES so do the KO Transformers. 😉

Lunatic Prime well I just moved everything in my recent relocation &I’m slowly going thru everything. (I just got into my TF:Animated collection & will be reviewing them as well starting tonight;) but as far as I remember the axe separates at the top where the axe and the handle merge. I don’t believe you get any more separation out of bro. Thanks for all your support and views lately mad props! And I will find out the answer for u for sure when I unbury the toy

Brooks Brittain I preorder my TakaraTomy products in Japan. It's the best way to get them. They sell out most of the time before they even are released, cuz thry dont make as many as Hasbro does. That said you can get this mold still, I'm pretty sure. thanks for the interest man!^

I love this figures mold but the last knight one just looked cheap with all the bright colors.
Jonathan Mclaughlin The colors for Hasbro's are wrong and very bland. The mold is completely wrong too. This figure fixes everything the other figure got wrong. The chest is redone to be accurately sculpted that's obvious. The feet are resculpted to be accurate as well. Hasbro's doesn't even have the gauntlets just the arms he has in the beginning of AOE. ...STILL! This figure has wrist swivels, not Hasbro's. Has smaller skirt armor, & best of all NO BACKPACK! And rotating faceplate switch out. Anyways thanks for watching bud. :)

EndermanPlayz - Minecraft & Roblox Nice! Hes not as good as the voyager in likeness to the mold. But he's painted waaaaay better. He's got the accurate details, his head gimmick is bad ass and both heads/faces look perfect. And he's tall enough to mske Leader Megatron not a stand alone piece. You'll lile him, he's a good investment.
