bro, my recommendation is to fix your sleep (most importantly), try to be positive, as it is not possible to stay happy always, also consume healthy fats, and most importantly have a night skin care routine, it's much more beneficial, and your ageing process will slow down, not necessary to eat salads raw( except some you really; like cucumber tomato beetroot, onion ), you can also eat grilled, stir fry or low oil veggies ( easier to digest ) and also don't make you feel like you are unhappy about what you are eating, as with the emotions you eat matters the most, because everything happens due to chemical reactions occurring within the body, remember mind is stronger than the body, you are what you think. Ageing is natural , however, it can be delayed as well as aged with grace also
