An early theory i had is that dr. Wu always seems to get dragged into and forced to do things, could be valid, but its also generally repeating Wu's pattern, because this could be showing something to do with ho Wu got into the locust job because in camp cretaceus it showed how Wu really got the indominus "sample" in more depth

To add to what youre saying about chaos theory and rebirth connecting, ill mention that outside of the oversights like Indominus' cuddlefish camouflage and the frog DNA allowing dinosaurs to breed in Jurrassic Park, ingen and dr. Wu were very careful about how they created the genomes for these dinosaurs, which is why dr. Wu was the leading expert on it since he was the most equipped to think of and then solve issues like dinosaurs not being able to survive in our climate. The reason this is relevant is because its very likely that many of the dinosaurs that these 3rd parties, like the Broker, are creating dinosaurs with flawed genomes, potentially not accounting for issues like climate adaption.
