- Hello, friends! I was recently under the weather for the first time while pregnant. This freaked me out! But don't stress, there are plenty of ways you can recover. Just wanted to say thank you SO much for making this video. I am currently battling the flu and your tips/positivity have helped so much. I’ve been so worried about baby being at risk 😭 Trying to rest, drink lots of water and keep a positive mind.

Both of my kids and my husband have a cold. Then I had an OB appointment on Monday and got a flu shot. Now I'm sick. It feels like everything has "do not take if pregnant" on it. I've just been trying to stay hydrated and taking some honey for my sore throat. But I totally forgot about mixing honey and lemon juice with hot water. I'm going to try that! Thanks! :)

I am trying to stay away from all medications while pregnant. I’ve also heard that Tylenol is the best for pregnancy, but I saw a legal claim against Tylenol which said that there’s 20% higher chance of Autism and/or ADHD for the baby. So, no thanks. I Will keep drinking my tea.
Which tea and how you make that tea?

@@jakeirarnecia30 I am drinking a Linden blossom tea for fever and overall cold, ginger+lemom+honey tea 2-3 times a day is completely safe. Rooibos tea is also good with honey. Hot lemom+orange+honey drink is super good too. And a lot of water overall. You can drink warm water if you not disgusted about it :D I am only in 7 weeks and the cold stresses me out a bit for my baby... But I keep all the positive thoughts up so I don't think anything negative

The sad thing is in pretty shore I had caught a cold around 8 weeks with my first pregnancy to but that was 4 years ago and I dident remember what. Did for that one thank you so much for the video

Try being 7 weeks pregnant with severe morning sickness, back problems and home with 2 year old. fucking hell on earth.

Im basically at the end of my pregnancy i have a schedule c-section in 6 days and came down with a cold with a BAD COUGH! im trying my best hopefully I can get rid of this nasty germ before the c-section Thank you

I am laying in bed sick 😷 watching this video. I was told to take Tylenol but I was hesitant after watching this one took it. I have the extra strength but I only took one, I hope it helps because I was crying after I took it😣.

What about benadryl I've been taken that for my runny nose

Im so sleepy but my nose congestion is driving me crazy!
Nothing works except regular nose drops and I know they are not advised. Did anyone use nasal drops other than saline(they dont work for me at all)?
Try inhaling steam with drops of Eucalyptus oil. It helped me with congestion a lot!
Am going through the same thing. Sleeping is a struggle more so at night...I have to use the nose drops but doesn't work 😢. It's hard to breathe you know

She recovered after seeing her doctor, and we ended up being okay after she was prescribed an antibiotic safe to use during pregnancy. We now have a healthy 3-month-old baby boy. 🙏👶🍼 Get lots of rest when you can, and drink water like there is no tomorrow. Sending good vibes and a quick recovery your way!

The same thing is happening to me, I been sick sense the 27 December then I got little better then I got again sick its been like almost 3 weeks and it's awful
graciela perales I got sick on the 27th too and I didn’t get better until Jan 11th! And I also got better then got worse, so weird. Longest time I think I’ve ever been sick in my life. Hope you are feeling better!

@@Livingwithmayaaa peppermint tea and broth just LOTS of fluid. Tylenol for headaches. Vick’s rub for when I was laying down to help me breathe. Peppermint gum or hard candies whenever I got nauseous. Only lasted a week and a half.
Did you loose smell and taste??
They told me not to use vapor rub
thats interesting. I guess it depends on the ingredients. I used an organic one meant for babies specifically more recently.

It's not advisable to recommend for pregnant women. Same for the Vicksburg vapor rub. Do your own homework
This was a really disappointing video. I was hoping she would have holistic options to suggest. But instead she stayed along with the big pharma herd.
