She'll go through her entire shop and show us her various embroidery machines as well as how she uses her Speedy 300 laser cutting machine to cut PVC-free vinyl, twill and other fabrics.

Would this work on patches? Let's say you embroider some patches and instead of removing the excess twill/fabric manually around the outside of the border with scissors and a hot knife could this be an option?

What are the fabrics that you are running through the laser cutter (other than the denim)
Also what kind of vinyl cutter do you have?
Thanks Andrea! They user the laser to cut twill, vinyl, and other fabrics. They have a Roland vynil cutter.
what kind of printer are you using for your heat press decals?
Hi Lisa, they have an OKI printer for that.
Hi , you said one of the items you really like to etch is on hats. But you did not showcase any hat on this video. Any chance of you posting some of the hats etch you have done.

Have you tried laser etching polos? Like sport tek? Or Fleece sweaters? If so, how did they work for you. We are looking at adding a laser to our business, just a matter of ehich brand
Hi guys, yes you can etch polos. Fleece sweaters look really nice engraved, we haven't tried sport tek. We did try cotton and it looked beautiful. It all depends on the colour of the dye and fabric. We've passed your info to our US colleagues in TX to get in touch with you and discuss. Perhaps you can send some of your materials for them to test on.
