Hi Chris, it is normal that the M200 reboot when updating, please wait until the update complete. If the update is stuck at 96% for a very long time, more than 30 minutes, please try to restart the aircraft and check the firmware version of the aircraft, if it has already updated the firmware to the latest version, it is okay. If it has not, please try to upgrade the firmware again. Thanks.
@@DJISupportGlobal The aircraft got updated but DJI assistant 2 never reached 100% after 30mins. Closed and opened the DJI assistant 2 firmware version and was glad to see it updated. Must be an issue with the DJI assistant 2 on windows 10. 🤔
