I love book boxes :) instead of scrapbooks, i have a whole shelf worth to store photos & little mementos/keepsakes. It's fun to take them down & look through them sometimes, like little time capsules or teasure boxes 💖

Dont forget they flipflop their sales every week, one week its tabletop decor and the next week its wall decor usually 40-50% off with other sales peppered in. If you watch you can time the sales. Love our hobby lobby.

My favorite items at Hobby Lobby are their lamps. They're very well made, sturdy, stable shades, and so many styles and options. Love your tips, especially seeing "how" you place them in a home. Ty.
I always purchase Hobby Lobby's florals because they are so life-like. Just wish the florals, when on sale, were 50% off like they used to be. Kristen, could you do a video on decorating an apartment counter top space. Just don't know how to "cozy" it up.
Fun video. I agree with you on the word art being done to death - and not being art. And thanks for blowing past the fall decor. I am so tired of being rushed into thinking of the next season or holiday. One reason I quit going to HL was seeing Christmas decor in August!
Just so you are aware, craft stores bring out holiday decor early because many of their customers actually make items for Autumn and Christmas to sell. Therefore they need the items earlier.
Festivals are planned way in advance , ladies have groups making them
It's so hard to go into Hobby Lobby and do a quick grab of items! I get lost in all of the great home decor!
The politics of Hobby Lobby owner is not inclusive nor does it provide insurance for birth control for employees.
Shoppers with opposing views might want to spend their dollars elsewhere
To be a little less “what everybody else does” kind of gal… I use unique wooden, empty cigar boxes. Cigar stores sell them VERY cheaply….as little as a dollar a box when bought in bulk. They are amazing to stack as risers, use to house ‘this and that’ and more. Highly recommend you check ‘em out. Some are gorgeous and most are very neutral. Wood, super heavy cardboard, and designs to die for!
Wine boxes from liquor shops also give a similar feel for little cost!😊

Would never buy anything linen...impractical. And some of that decor looks very 'grandma'.
Typically, their sales run every 6 weeks. So if you want florals, but just missed a sale, wait 6 weeks for the sale to begin again.

We have a yellow tone wood floor and winter ice white walls in our newly building house and not sure what what colour furniture to buy for it and I want to manage with the black leather recliner sofa and dinning chairs which we already have. Could you please help me to choose the furniture colour for our house? Its keeping me sleepless. I want a warm and earthy feeling inside our house😊 I want to have a tv console, hallway furniture and mirror and etc

The sugar rose candle is one of my favorites!
I actually have a Hobby Lobby close to me. I’m changing the colors in my master bedroom. So I may go there and look for some florals. I have a lot of plants in my bedroom. But some faux flowers would look great too. I want a clock for my wall. So I will be checking what is on sale to find a big clock. So I can see it without my glasses from the other side of the room.

First and foremost: shop during applicable sales weeks. Sadly, HL has discontinued its general 40% off coupon traditionally featured in the Sunday papers. Unless the purchase is a must-have-right-now, check the sales flyers weekly. Hobby Lobby rotates its sales sections, the exception being seasonal close-outs. Buying off-season can score some great finds!!! Blessings!

Have you considered making a video specific to how to decorate staircase walls? I did a search, but didn't see one. Please share if you have already made one. Very interested.
I don't know if you've ever done this but I go to Walmart and I get those solar lights on a spike stick and I pulled the spike stick off and it leaves about I don't know an inch of a pipe shaped neck and you can take those and paint a different color or you could if you're an artist paint flowers on or whatever just to change it and then you buy candlesticks and those little pipe depends usually fits right in there and if it don't you can put some glue in there and stick it in. Then you can set them out on your porch or if you have a table out your yard you can set them out there or whatever you can even set them in your house cuz you can set them on a buffet or a dining room table and at night they light up kind of use as night-light. Inside use regular batteries.

Seasonal decorations, fabric, candles, puzzles, craft supplies, frames, and florals. It’s my go-to store.
How I wish we had Hobby Lobby in the UK, I'm sure I could easily spend the entire day just wondering around.
