Can you please do a video on the settings available in Zoho Mail? I've recently transitioned a team of three to Zoho One and are working our way through each app in order of importance. Mail is one of the next ones, and before I give it to the guys, I want to find the best views that are most simple and most similar to their current views in Outlook and Gmail. I'm finding that I can't default view to see unread first, and the grouping of emails is strange in that, when the most recent email is one that I sent, the default view goes to the last mail I RECEIVED and bumps up my SENT email out of the frame so I can't see it. Maybe I just need to get used to it all and then explain how it works to them, but I would love a deep dive of settings and pros and cons of the user experience. Thanks again!

That’s a great question. The truth is I like all of them. Godaddy uses office 365, gmail and zoho mail all in the same level. All reliable systems. Zoho mail will be better if you are using the other zoho apps as it has great integration. I hope it helps.
security and privacy are the main reasons so many people want to leave Google apps/Suite. You didn't tell us how they compare. If you do another video, tell us about that and do close ups of your screen. i couldn't see what you were doing or trying to show us.

Lior Izik sorry bro, was trying to crack a joke , my bad :( anyway google tracks our location and search history tht i dont like so recently started finding out alternative and to my surprise i found one better mail service thts zoho

Hi Lior, great content once again. I have G-suite now and would like to eventually migrate over to Zoho Mail but there are a few things I'd like to see in ZMail before I cross over. I use colours for my appointments so in ZCalendar I can see admin, sales, marketing, personal. Do you know if ZMail has that option. I can't see it anywhere. I have seen where you can have dual delivery and I have followed the bouncing ball. I can send emails from Zmail and they show up in Gmail not not the other way. I have Gmail connected to the CRM and when I email from the CRM it show up in the record, but not when I send from Gmail. Is there a short term workaround to connect ZMail so it has a 2 way synch with G-mail? Funny thing is ZCalendar synchs perfectly with my Google calendar. Thanks again for your great content.

Umm, in what way does this video pit Zoho Mail vs Google Apps - Zoho Mail vs Gmail & G Suite? I was looking for a comparison and some advice regarding choosing one versus the other, which is what the title of this video implies. It does none of that. And your screen is so small I couldn't see what you were doing while you were explaining all the things that are not a part of what your title suggests...

Zohomail is much more convenient easy to use and ofcourse provide better privacy nothing like google tools

As a free service, all right, but I fell for the bullshit of paying, there are 15 days trying to solve a simple problem and nothing, I paid they sent proof, but the account remains free, they just can't update my account, panel full of Bugs, I can't add Domain, it was already good, PAID SERVICE DOESN'T PAY AT ZOHO.
