Hey Rick. We met a few years back at shot show. and of course I have a Air force Condor . Which is at this time taking care of Iguana's in south Florida. Gun make short work of the Islands Green tree squirrels .
Trinityforce13 heck yeah I remember who you are hope you've been doing well I've often thought about taking you up on the offer and coming down to Florida and shooting some iguanas.
Well They will be here. The Population is as they say exploding. And its one of the only things that is walking around here on the island that we can legally hunt. I have opened a pest control business. Defiant Pest Control. When ever you are ready to come on down this way I'm sure we can find a location to snipe a few. I'm still using the Condor and it works like a champ... I like running the heavier grained pellets 22-24 gr pellets they have the knock down and out that it takes for Iguanas one shot. Just finished a book about hunting iguanas . KWIKC Key West Iguana killers Club Hunting guide and of course Iguana cook book.... Great talking to you...
What would be involved in taking a texan from 50 cal to 308?
I bought a air force gun but have no clue what caliber barrel it has. Are they marked?
No not that I'm aware of. You we'll have to get a set of calipers and measure the end of the barrel find out if it's 177 22 or 25

hi Rick what size (long) barrel is this one that you just put on in this pistol, ? can you let me know if possible i just purchase a talon P pistol and i like to make it little powerful it is a .25 cal but i thing with a longer barrel i can get more power. please let me know if that well be possible in my case or i just groin to wast my $$ thank you Rick nice video
The long barrel that I put in is a heavy barrel 24 in Barrel and you can buy them directly from airgun Depot or you can buy it directly from Airforce airguns

I was going to say that the 18" would be better for the talon P that's what I would get.
Nice video my friend. Can you tell me if a FX 580 bottle will fit the Talon-P .25?

By the way . . . in the box of the talonp there are some alan keys, the wrench for the bottle connector and some other basic tools, but there's also a metal pin that is drilled all the way through (hope my English is sufficient) this is part is about 2 inches long and I have no idea where this should go or what it's used for. Do you have any idea?
Hello Rick ! I Love your video .My name is Jeano . I have a Condor ss cal.22 , but i just converted it to a cal.25 by changing the barrel to a cal.25 "24mm" . My problem is: Because of the length of the Barrel (24mm) There's no Place for the Silencers .What would you advise me to do ? Thanks a Million .
Hey Rick does a regular 18” talon barrel fit on the talonp? Some say yes some say no, just would like to know before I buy.

No because they are using different valve's.
So I believe I have 24in barrel, can a shorter barrel be put on I would like a compact

I notice talon tunes has a .30 drop in conversion kit they say is compatible with the talonp, any ideas on what else id need to do to convert it or if it's even worth it at all?
The tank is so small not sure you would get more than a couple of shots. TT has been making mods on Airforce guns for years. I dont do mods because Airforce airguns shoot great out of the box. I dont really know how the gun would perform with a 30cal in it.
@@urbanairgunner6402 yeah I was thinking along the lines of shot count myself just not sure if there's a way to improve on that as this will be my first airforce model.... when it finally gets here. thanks for the info and keep up the good work
one more question I'm getting ready to add 6 inches to the barrel of my talonp will I need a new end cap for the frame and my barrel will now be extending past it or is the stock cap universal?
The new Barrel should come with a new end cap
@@urbanairgunner6402 can you recommend where I can find one in stock .25 18 inch bc from what I read on the PA theirs doesn't for some reason
I think right now as is with the case across the country everybody's backordered the barrels come out of Germany and Manufacturing is held up all across the country I know the Air Force is got a lot of backorders going on as well
@@urbanairgunner6402 I see an end cap from talon tunes that's listed as being for the condor it's the only one I see that's not for the ss models would that be compatible with a talonp?

Hmmmph... I bought two 24" barrels [.22 n .25], didn't get a end cap for either, and one of them came sealed in clear plastic not the cardboard tube
Did you purchase them directly from Airforce airguns?
