HASTINGS OLD TOWN CARNIVAL 2023

The Carnival Procession, the culmination of a week of festivities, went ahead despite the adverse weather conditions which caused many cancelations, including the finale fireworks, and, as if this wasn't enough, an unfortunate incident restricted the route to a circuit of the seafront from Rock-a-Nore to the roundabout.
Many thanks to all those who continue to support this special event, and the Carnival Committee for their dedication and the hardcore of participants, who 'thumbed-their-noses-at-The-Fates' to provide a memorable day for the faithful observer's of this Old Town Tradition.
