Thank you! The iPhone was dropped on tile and was unresponsive but holding down the power button and the lower volume button fixed it after 2 days of trying to mess with it! 😁😁

My phone is perfect. I haven’t dropped it or got it wet or anything. I plugged it in and walked away and came back and it’s stuck on the black screen. Nothing is working.

my iphone 7 was not turning on and my phone is cracked a lot and none of these were working for me i literally just go my phone fixed and i was scared to tell my mom so i told her and i told and then she have u tried switching cables and the i switched the charger and it work so i recommend trying to switch chargers

Ponykitty101-Roblox i cleaned the phone charger hole and I did many times till I gave up and left it charging and did it one more time and it turned on

Y'all, I need help. I am currently on my MacBook right now. I was just on my iPhone when suddenly there were these glitchy things and my screen froze, then it started to fade into black and I couldn't do anything. I don't know whats wrong!! There is absolutely nothing wrong with my phone and I have NEVER dropped it. I can still hear the vibrations when I press the home button and when I charge the phone, I still hear the sound. BUT, I tried to connect it to my MacBook and I only heard these beeping sounds. It didn't connect. I know it's on because I can see the slightest change in the brightness when I press the home button. I also tried to hard reset and the screen but the screen only turned a little brighter and there was no apple logo. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO HELP!

hello can you please help me with this problem? My Grandma dropped her phone on the ground and when i hold the power button the apple icon shows up but it just shuts off right after and it only happens when i plug it in. It turns on to the apple icon then shuts right off it keeps repeating and it wont go to the home.
