I have a 70 88 Royale with console shift. Car has 88K on it. Yes rare and this is the second one I've ever seen. Looking to restore it.

They made them in Lansing Mi, I don't know other plants that would have made the Delta and 98's

Steve, yes It's a new plant the old Old's plant is gone it's now the Grand River Plant they make Camaro's there and Cadillac Cts's or Ats's I think, The Camaro is going away this year. I know the Stamping Plant makes Silverado parts too.
