These are great man. It's so cool you take the time to make these lessons. I am 50 and started playing as a kid but stopped playing lead for a very long time. Luckily I soaked in some of the nuance aspects of playing that are tricky to teach/learn. I have spent the last few years going back and trying to get very skilled in some of the players that I liked as a kid but gave up before i got too far (SRV, Clapton, and Slash). Man if I would have had youtube as a teen it would have made life easier! All i had was the music and maybe one or two VHS hotlicks videos ha. I have spent a lot of time the last year trying to learn how to do legato like slash, but i also keep coming back to work on these blues licks and feel. You've got it man
Hardest working guitar teacher. I've got to get caught up, I'm falling behind, I'm several episodes behind. I'm going to grab my guitar now! And a coffee ☕️🎸. Just waking up here in the states 😅
Just did the Rory Gallagher lesson. 1) One of my top to listen to, and try to play, so creative. 2) Amazing to see this scale in the hands of so many who have expressed their style and feel into such different voicings.
Love your lessons and content. Really easy to follow, plus you look a lot like Les Battersby from the golden days of coronation street but don’t let that slow you down.
Awesome video Mike have a great day also happy holiday season from Canada and also Stevie Ray Vaughan is a legend RIP also I will quit TH-cam in 2025❤😊🇺🇸🏴🌲🎸🇬🇧🇨🇦🎄🎂
