Just brilliant! I live in the UK now but the Gong is my hometown. Even in the rain she still looks amazing! 😍 Thanks for posting.

It is a beautiful town, sorry city. Newcastle and Wollongong are neck and neck for Australia’s best provincial cities, what do you think

@@BigJayDogAdventures yeh I reckon Wollongong pips it, close to Sydney but access to the Highlands and the South Coast...also Canberra for a day trip is easily done....🙂🙂🙂

I had no idea Wollongong looked like this. Quite densely populated.

When I left in the 80's the tallest building was about 5 stories and it was a grey industrial town. I don't recognise it now.

Have to open Crown Street back up again and get rid of the bus depot in Marine Drive

I learned that the stock market was a rich man's game (yes, grandparents lost it all back then and preached that forever) but I've been around long enough to really taste how great it can be. To be profitable, with inflation at 6.1% These are surely desperate times, but in my opinion, there is no market condition that a good financial advisor cannot navigate, especially those that have existed since the crisis of 2008 and before.

They are quite effective, I've been using the skills of an advisor since the August 2015 stock sell off when the Dow fell over 1800 pts which inherently wiped out all my gains I was in down over $80,000 (terrible times)... That's when I started using an advisor, it took me about 6 months to break even and also a net gain of 'about $830,000 while others have waited over years to break even, being aggressive certainly comes with greater risk, but with an investmėnt advisör, it's all been calculated risk

Do your due diligence and opt for one that has tactics to help your portfolio continue consistent and steady growth. "ROCH DUNGCA-SCHREIBER " is accountable for the success of my portfolio, and I believe she has the qualifications and expertise to accomplish your objectives.

I’m an Architect/Interior Designer & will be migrating to Australia soon in New South Wales. But I can’t decide which regional area to choose between Wollongong or Newcastle? Any points to consider? Would appreciate all your comments & suggestions.

In my bias opinion the simple answer is Wollongong. But that's my bias opinion. Wouldn't live anywhere else, and I've lived almost everywhere else.

I lived in the Illawarra for 35 years and have resided in the Newcastle area for the last three months. Newcastle is great but a lot busier than Wollongong. There are more people and more traffic as well. The sporting and community facilities are far superior in Newcastle. It is a very nice place. I love living here. But only because the Illawarra is smaller and has that small town feel I would pick wollongong.
