@@milon27 After a lot of research I found the solution to this error. In the APi's & Services - OAuth consent screen there is a Publishing Status that needs to change from TESTING to IN PRODUCTION then it magically worked. Hope this helps anyone that had the same issue.

When I checked my Domain registra which is CloudFlare I saw the same notification to complete configuration of SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Now, I'm wondering if this additional step is from Cloudflare.
