Presently at 11:14 A.M. on April 6, 2024, I have a friend of mine's Sedum rubrotinctum and my Desert Roses (4 Adenium obesums and 2 A. Arabicums) all together in a cardboard tray in terra cotta pots getting full sun near a sidewalk on the grass. It's 75 degrees outside and mostly sunny. I love these little guys and thanks for posting. 🪴🌵
Omg, soo many babies, I'm dying. I've one tiny jelly bean plant. It's about the size of my pinky😅. I was given 2 tiny beans about a year ago . I'm going to try and keep propagating now that I've watched your video of wonderful plants. 👍🏼🌻
Hi Cerena, thank you for watching my video😊. I’m glad that this video inspires you. Even just for one succulent as long as you keep on propagating one day you will end up with lots of succulent. That’s where I start 😁
Hello my dear Ems i love all thise varieties of jelly beans actually i didnt notice they are varieties till i watched this video of yours thank you for sharing my dear...♥️♥️♥️
Your collection it's beautiful pretty colours love them i just have the green in the sun still green thanks for the information of the beens I'll try great collection love
Thank you Janice, some of my Jelly bean are still Red and Pink but there are some also green. I will make an update later so you can see what they are look like this winter.
Very beautiful. I love this plant, but I want some of the advice in the video written, because I do not speak English, so I do not understand the video. Thank you very much.
I'm first! Mine's like 1:55, they were so red when i bought them but now are completely green, and they are well receiving sunlight from 10am-4am..thank you for this video..i hope mine grows a lot so i could try propagation, too..ÜÜ
Hi thanks for watching. Some of my jelly bean is turning green too but the one in direct sun still red . I prune my jelly bean every time they get longer coz I like the compact look. And that’s my opportunity to propagate as well. Hold back on the watering so they get stress and turn red.
@@Emshomesucculentgarden aah..maybe that's my mistake, the watering..a seller told me they love water and sunlight..i dont water it but there's never a week without rain..salamat po..ÜÜ

Hi i keep green jelly bean and rubrotintum both grow very well and bushy. I live in a very hot tropical climate. They drink lots of water. But somehow i have failed growing pink jelly beans everytime it dies i couldn't spot the reason can you pl advice me on that???
Hi Daisy with regards to pink Jelly Bean I only place them in a indirect morning sun.seems like they don’t like to be in a very hot direct sunlight. They get easily burn. My pink Jelly bean is under a shade cloth receiving morning sun only
With my Jelly bean I prune them any time of the the year specially when they start to etiolate coz I want the compact form , just make it sure after you prune, don’t expose to water let the cut heal or callus first.
Really good collections you got there in your garden, I love succulent plants, you inspired me to start my collections, thanks for sharing, new subbed here 😍
Hi thank you 😊 for watching my video I’m glad you enjoyed it. Yes of course I can. Some of my videos has plant name. I usually put the name on the screen if I know the plant identification. Mostly of my plant purchased from a farmers market and they are selling it with no name 🙁 so I have to research it as well . In this particular video I use Sedum Rubrotinctum known as Jelly bean. I have the Pink Jelly bean, The Red Jelly Bean, The Sedum Pachyphyllum ( blue jelly bean) and the small one is Red Berry jelly bean.
Great Video! Around 8:20 you mention that you can begin watering after roots appear - how often do you water rooted propagation from leaves? Also, at what point do you move rooted propagations into their own environment? I’m propagating 3 from leaves, all going well with roots and new growth. I have them in a small shallow pot but I wonder when they should be replanted. Many thanks! Glad I found your channel
I will start moving them when they quite fully grown but I will introduce it to morning sun slowly 1 to 2 hrs per day then increase 1 hour/ daily until the plant will adjust fully to the environment. I will try to make a video about this after my holiday so It will be more clear and understandable. By the way happy new year to you I’m so glad that you find my video very helpful 😊

What sort of squishy? A watery squishy or a soft wrinkly squishy? If a watery squishy it’s over water and if soft and wrinkly squishy is under water. Don’t worry I don’t think you will loose it because jelly bean is very hardy succulent. Check the stem if it is soft as well and if not it will be fine but if it is soft then needs to cut the soft part and replant again
