I love how all "very strong builds" are dependant on "You just need a high level weapon, this trinket that is a 1 in million chance to find and some of the strongest buff food in the game"
I believe going this way anything will eat through any boss if you have the right trinket and all damage buffs :D
I am interested in builds that use not-so-optimised trinkets and gear which is more likely your average grounded players experience.
The trade of in doing less optimised builds is the time it will take to defeat the boss.
I generally just make a good enough build and improve it
I know it's in the RNG, but surprisingly started playing NG+1 today and already have some decent trinkets farming black ox beetles. Got a trinket with loot luck and was seeing more mats and trinkets drop after.

Of course, but it's bleed doesn't scale with enemy HP, so it won't be as much of a deal. You can just go ledybug

Soo, no persentage of HP, and it wasn't buffed lika venom and poison, so. I don't think it scales

@vladislavtitov5185 I'm am currently in new game plus 7 and wear the assasins mask. And can visibly see the bleed inflicting damage. If it didn't scale, you would not be able to see the health bar move. Also, if DoT effects did not scale virtually, all armour set DoT effects in new game plus would be useless. Cdiinky wears DoT armour for the extra damage too. Otherwise, why would he bother to wear it in new game plus 10 where if it doesn't scale and would be doing little to no damage.

The scream didn’t hit you because the scream only reaches a certain radius, not the whole arena. This is true with the Orchid Mantis and Infected Broodmother as well, since their screams can also damage you.
That's dope! I wonder what the difference is with spikey sprigs instead of the spear..when throwing a sprikey sprig, it has some of the highest damage possible
The Animation is at least two Times as long and you dont get extra from Javeliner. Probably still higher Damage but far less dps

The 100 days trend has been going crazy at the moment in so many games and i think you could do a 100 days to get to go big on new game plus 10 from a fresh start. It wouldn't be easy but if anyone can do it you can

I want to make a bomb build that would work for ng+ as I feel like I can’t beat the broodmother or really any infused boss with my current one. But I don’t really know where to start in improving my current one. All this to say I need help.
To clarify I have the full moldy matriarch armor, the fungal charm, blaster of the moldy matriarch, and mutations are: the one you get for beating the infected brood mother, apex predator, natural explorer, spicy safety, and meat shield.
I've wanted to see someone do a build for the blaster. Seems like it could be really good if done right but also feels like it is meant as just a tool or for mild difficulty. The fact that you can damage yourself when not playing in mild is a big negative for it.
Who tf has 12 max level spears for every element
It's possible with the SuperDuper, but before NG+ it'd still be a huge grind. I'm more curious how this build goes with just stabbing with the spears instead of throwing.
Also 12 is not the max, it's 15.

I feel like this takes way too much resources for a regular player to try. I'm also never comfortable throwing anything in this game as it will most likely bug and be lost. I don't want to throw a spear just to lose it and need to craft another one and fully upgrade it again.

how do shields reduce damage?
whenever you wear shields you get a reduced %dmg debuff, dont remember the number, but something like 20% or so :l

That build didn't help me at all. The defense is too weak and way too risky. The build I run is invincible if you can perfect block. The five mutations I use are buff lungs, cardio fan, parry master, corporate kickback (which is the best mutation in the game), coupe de gra. The armor I use is the infected brood mother set, and the weapons i use are the sour katangna, the spicy coaltana, the frosted flake. I eat a black ox burger or a wasperole pending the boss and I drink a sticky human food and a sticky liquid rage.
Switch it out for boss sauce!

Corporate kickback is garbage because the proc rat is way too low to be reliable. Also, why are you using the katanas? They’re just inferior versions of the battle-axes. Why would you use infected broodmother armor with no way of doing explosive damage? Sounds like a garbage build to me. Any build is invincible if you’re good at perfect blocking

@@Khaizen10 My build is the best build that I've found in the game besides having the tier 4 weapons. I have over 500 hours in the game I know what I'm talking about. You probably haven't even made it to the upper yard lmao.

Isnt the game already dead? I mean this "new" content didnt last for more than a week. I personaly finished it on my own. And i think everything they adde was just a reskin or a very unuseful things. Only useful gear wasred and fire ant armor and the tps. The rest was just a reskin. I was very disatisfied with this

It is a dying game, it ain't completely dead as long as people post videos, jade is already looking for another game to make videos on, and he was one of the biggest youtubers that post grounded videos/guides. But for many this is new because if the new platforms, and if you take it slow you could be looking at 2-6 weeks of content. It I'd dying, not completely dead yet

I actually went back to this build recently lol but don't have enough spears yet, i only made 1 of each candy so far...im also not in ng+ yet...my game is corrupt and im incapable of getting my 100% unfortunately so ima just hit up ng+ soon
Same. I can’t get 100% because of the hedge ascent. I just went on to ng+ to get 100%, just to find out it has another bug preventing me from getting 100% 😐

Go into NG+ and buy the yoking station
