I did Econ at UoB from 2010-2013. I miss those years everyday. Everyday was literally gym, nandos, cod zombies or fifa, pre drinks, mooch/GC/Risa/oceana etc and plenty of hangovers (complete with pizza). Good times.
This vlog has been super helpful! Birmingham is currently my Insurance choice (Oxford first) but I've been debating whether to change to Birmingham. Seeing what uni life is like makes me think I will definitely consider changing to Birmingham, this was exactly the kind of thing I needed to see to help me decide. Also what gym do you go to? Is it also really far from campus? Xx
Birmingham is a great uni! My gym is in the city centre, with a larger focus on bodybuilding. The uni gym on campus is great and there are plenty of commercial gyms (pure, the gym, etc) nearby within walking distance! Glad this video was of use! X
Thanks for the video. I'm currently in Canterbury and I would like to visit Birmingham university to prepare my PhD. Do you know any host family for a weekend so that I can visit the university and the city as well if it suits my needs

Brilliant course and great University. Fairly challenging first year but if you have a decent science background you should be perfectly fine.
