I know most of the viewers are not taxation students but still it would be more effective way to learn more about of relevant section mentioned in video. Thanks for all the informative videos..

Sir agar employee apni black money employer ko de de aur employer bank se white money as gift de de to employee kato black money white me convert ho gaya na😂

sir. as per 206C tcs is applicable on liquor Tendu leaves and scrap metal Etc.. Sir when I read this section it say that the seller can deduct tcs if his tournover limit exceed 10cr and sales to single buyer more than 50 lacs.. or while deducting tcs on liquor tendu leaves and scrap metal Etc doesn't apply the condition of turnover of 10cr and 50lacs. The seller will deduct tcs on every single sales. Request you to kindly advice on this please

Sir, what if a business gifts a client or a vendor a gift on marriage and claim expense on this. Then what about the taxablility on hands of recipient.
What if employer gave this gift to the wife instead? Since employer employee relation does not exist, won't be taxed in salary and employer can claim deduction too
@@aayushshrivastva4835 no, because husband does not hold substantial interest in the company and I'm assuming wife probably has a graduation. Technical qualification hasn't been defined in the act and normal graduation counts
No issues. Just show cash expenses for various miscellaneous expenses throughout the year. No scrutiny can catch this. It's easy to show expenses of 5 lakhs in such cases, kyuki organisation me per year max avg 10 shaadi hoge if it's not a very big MNC. It can be planned in other ways too. Kindly share your views in my reply. Note : Scrutiny 5% hoti hai usme bhi checking nahi hoti Trust
