One of the best ever videos in TH-cam for gdnt.... Beauty of the videos is all the symbol are not only teaching by theoretical but all are practical and easy to understand
Dear Ayush, I have been in mechanical design carrier since 35+ years back, right from draftsmanship. I watched your various videos. It took me 20~25 years to safe learn to understand designing, fits/ tolerances, G&T and finishes. You're explaining all that very effectively within some hours of video series. Hats off to your efforts. Thanks a lot.
watching from Germany. I love how you illustrated it all together -- from Problem definition to assembly feasiblity, manufacturing and quality checks. I admire your knowledge efforts and willingness to share it with us learners!!
Thankyou brother, I have completed 2 courses of GD&T on udemy but it never thought me how to apply on drawing only explain theory. But you explain very well with example, please upload whole series with example.😊
This is a very wonderful video to understand GD&T. You really imparted me with your knowledge on this subject matter. One of the best videos I have come across. Thanks
Perfect explanation. The way you show manufacturing animation is also awesome. I have seen so many videos on TH-cam about GD&T, and this is the best one. Keep doing it, and please do it the same way with animation and more examples. Also, Select topics about different kinds of manufacturing processes in the automobile and aerospace industry. As people start seeing your videos, they will subscribe immediately, just like I did for this video.
Man.. you are master class in GD&T, could you please add all GD&T vedios links in the description, I have been struggling to learn GD&T since 5 years, but I did not get the correct source, your explanation with 3D vedios is awesome, this is the exact source I am searching for. Please share links.
It's really awesome bro. Every video I have to learn more and i suggest your channel in my friends. They are also get intrested your videos. Kindly make a video of how much force required while shaft and hub pressing operation.
Hey! I absolutely love how you explain things and appreciate the content overall. However in this particular application you have chosen datums B and C, which are not relevant to how the part is interacting with other components. It's wrong choice for a datum. The feature that locates your part is a hole pattern 3 X 5.5 and it should be chosen for a datum (which is still very poor datum). To make it being a good example you would need to slightly redesign the part and have much stronger datums like a pair of dowel hole and slot or walls which would be locating the part.
Selection of the datum completely depends on the design intent, what is more important for a particular part, its assembly with other parts or the features of the parts itself, it is not necessary for the datum to have a dowel and a well finished surface. I will make a complete guide on Datum selection. thank for watching
OfCourse, without modifiers, specially without Maximum material condition, we can't provide bounce tolerance, and bounce tolerance is the one of the main strength of GD&T. We will also cover advance topics like datum target.
But that calculation can't make right answer if I select number of v belt with same pully size can't find right answer and also in timeing belt can't select right belt size what should I do for same size pully
How to take datum on CMM..?? I never used CMM, but as i have seen, they first define the geometry of datum in software, and then they take multiples touch points on physical parts to register the datum

This is exactly what I have been looking for. Thank you so much brother ❤. Excited for upcoming videos. 😊
Glad to hear that
one of the best content 4 years m aj GD and t Ka use samaj aya
I'm so glad 😊😊
Thanks so much..learnt much from this! Great intro!
Thankyou brother, I have completed 2 courses of GD&T on udemy but it never thought me how to apply on drawing only explain theory. But you explain very well with example, please upload whole series with example.😊
Yes that's the plan 😊
Please upload next video I watched all videos on your channel they understandable please next video
😘 sure. Next video is coming soon. Finishing editing
Brilliant Ayush!!! Looking forward for rest of the lessons.
This is a very wonderful video to understand GD&T. You really imparted me with your knowledge on this subject matter. One of the best videos I have come across. Thanks
good explanation and nice video editing, it's very useful for me. I am working as a SPM designer
Good content for design engineers..... Thank you😊
Amazing content🎉 professional videography and insightful information ❤
Thanks for perfect explanation 🙏
I love your approach to this subject. pleas continue making such great learning content!

Thank you so much for subscribing ❤️❤️, I'll make sure to include more examples
Wow! Great video! can't wait for then rest of the lessons
Great video. Please continue the course 👍🏻
Loved it. Please make such more videos to make us understand from scratch. Pls make us the best design engineer.
Waiting for the next set of videos.. awesome video❤
Please Sir make this series little bit fast.... you don't know how much it helps me....thank you Sir🎉🎉🎉
Hey, sure!! I was just busy since last two week.
This is a great video, thank you very much
Glad you liked it!
Nice explanation,.. waiting for upcoming videos
Very nice explain sir please more video english and Hindi
Thank you sir for making videos on this subject ..❤❤
I like your all informative videos.😊
Awesome video bro , I'm waiting for the continuation of selection of bearing fits and lubrication quantity and frequency
Sure 👍
You are very good. Hii from Turkey. Thank you

Thank you so much 😊 shrink fit force calculation. Yes sure
very brilliant explanation bro, plzz upload more videos bro.
Usefull content...👍
Really video was amazing, please make more videos related to this for more clarity
Offcourse 😊
Nice content...good to go .. make more and more videos on gdt..
Hello,
Video is really good 👍
Can you please make video on fixtures design, like dimond pin, clamping force etc
Yes, sure. Great topic

Video is too good 😊
loved this
Dear sir please make video on positive discharge Bucket elevator calculation
Awesome need more video😊
Hello can you make video how to design by using ISO standards?
Yes. I'll make videos on it. ASME vs ISO
Waiting for upcoming GD&T vedios
Great video. Pls elaborate the M symbol also to correlate with dimension tolerance.
Yes surely 😊
Wow wait is over
Waiting for the next video
Very useful video brother🥰
Glad you liked it
Love❤ your content 20:18
Bro you kill it, ❤
😉
Kindly make videos about datums and geometric symbols
Sure!!
Sir, nice video. Pls make a tutorial on chassis design for automated guided vehicles using American or International Standards for structure
Very nice project suggestion
Would you please create a video explaining the robot's application, criteria, and selection?
Sure! Better if i would design a robot.
Thanks again!
Hi! Nice video. Have you in plan to make a video about modifiers (M, E etc.) to datums and tolerances?
Beacause i think that it is difficult issue
OfCourse, without modifiers, specially without Maximum material condition, we can't provide bounce tolerance, and bounce tolerance is the one of the main strength of GD&T. We will also cover advance topics like datum target.
@@mastermechanicaldesign Yes, i know that maximum material condition is very powerfull tool, but this is not easy, especially to datums
Yes, true, we will understand this datum shift concept with CAD models, I'll try to make this very easy.
Nice, have a nice day !
Awesome job!!!
Thank you 😊
Thnks so much bro❤
🙏
Please make a video of v or timing belt selection when both pully are same size
Please check out the timing belt and Pulley selection video. Allready there
But that calculation can't make right answer if I select number of v belt with same pully size can't find right answer and also in timeing belt can't select right belt size what should I do for same size pully
Yeah, for V belt and pulley. i will surely make a video, as for now please try to flow V belt pulley and belt manufacturer selection procedure
Sir how to take on datum are cmm expalian please
How to take datum on CMM..?? I never used CMM, but as i have seen, they first define the geometry of datum in software, and then they take multiples touch points on physical parts to register the datum
Waiting for the lesson “Tolerance zone of GD&T control” in detail
Yes, in so much detail with examples 😊
