- This is my opinion. I believe this is easier than the backflip, cheat gainer, etc. because it allows you to spot the ground the entire time while not requiring as much flexibility as the arial. The webster front 180.

Last year I'm so jealous that my friends can do a flip on ground. I only flip when there is na obstacle in my way or above cottages in the beach. thanks to you it's easier for me to do a flip on ground keep up the good work👍👍

The order I learned flips was 1) front 2) back 3) side
Front flips are the easiest to me because you get the run-up into it, so you can generate momentum even before both feet leave the ground. Going forwards is also more natural than sideways to me, because of learning gymnastics, where there isn't really anything like a side flip.
@Gamezones22 yeah that's true, but in the same way then, a front half is the easiest trick to land because you have the run-up for momentum, but you also come down after the twist like a backflip so you can land very low and still make it to feet
Edit: just checked the video and he's actually saying exactly that in the video. Oops
I have a wrestling background so sideflip is most natural to me, as it’s similar to a Granby roll

I'd like to see how does one start flipping. Maybe make a video on what the first trick/flip a beginner should learn and what the best way to progress from that is. I'm pretty good at back flips, front flips, knee flips, front hand springs but not sure what to do first on the ground

I’ve always heard sideflips are the easiest and I’ve been trying to learn them for a long time now- but I always end up landing on my side- even on trampolines. I just do half the flip and land sideways, even when clearing something. I got backflip, cheat gainer, and full but sideflips keep tripping me up...
