i sold my ignis aftr experiencing 5yrs n bought This Fronx...now its 2500km reading shows now is my experience n its performance are very cool, smart, fuel efficient of 18km p.ltr, fantastic riding and worth price being cuv segment cars..only short fall is back wiper much needed what it's absence. Jst enjoying heartily...hats off to Maruti n Nexa services too...🎉❤🎉🎉❤❤❤❤

Maruti must consider to offer height adjustment feature in all its products from its base model for the people with short height. While other brand like Hyundai started offering the same feature right from the base model now. Shame on Maruti for this......
Depends on ridiculous pricing. In Chennai the automatic variant has four lakh price difference between delta plus and Zeta. So why would someone buy it unless he desperately needs 10 bhp more

Had maruti suzuki given more features on this 1.2 mt naturally aspirated Delta plus like seat height adjustable and rear wiper maruti suzuki could have sold more number of fronx than now.
Owner of 1.2 Delta+ AGS reporting. 2500+ kms done with the car as of now. I am happy with my choice. Here are my thoughts on the vehicle if you are looking forward to having one; I drove my vehicle through highways, towns, ghat roads majority of time with 2 onboard passengers there were also some luggages in the vehicle. My average mileage is 18+ KMPL (from MID) . My showroom delivery mileage was around 10kmpl. This gradually increased to the current mileage. So don't worry if you are getting low mileage in the beginning kilometers. I didn't feel uncomfortable without seat height adjustment. It was okay for my height (6 ft). To note, the seat doesn't have a SUV commanding position (Fronx isn't an SUV, but because MSIL tags it as SUV), it is like a sedan driving position. If a 6ft person tries to sit upright in the back seat, you will rub your head. But I believe most of the time you will be sitting little bit leisurely. Unless you try to sit highly upright your head won't rub against the roof. Legroom is very spacious, no knee rubs. The bootspace is a little limited. Shift from 1st gear to 2nd gear is quite evident, shifts at 3000rpm. The rest of the gears are smooth and comfortable for me. Overtaking at highways was comfortable. On throttle the gear shifts down and fronx climbs ahead of the other vehicle. Suggestion: For the engine auto off, brakes should be pressed down, once we lift off the brakes engine starts automatically. Bit tiresome to slam the brake whole time like a minute or more in traffic signal continuously. What I would wish to have in Delta+ : Rear camera, boot light.
Yeah. I had the same dilemma, but Exter SX AMT was available much sooner than Fronx Delta + 1.2 AMT, which as per the dealer has a minimum of 4 months waiting. Also, the Exter is much better equipped except for the alloy wheels.
It's not worth the money Maruti Suzuki is asking. As you (Autocar) people pointed out, at this price, height adjustable driver seat and rear wiper washer is a deal breaker. Also, a thicker 205 mm tyres would make it look better.

Voice assist , electrically folding mirrors are waste features. Instead they should be provided rear wiper washer and defogger. I fail to understand the lack of common sense from the people who decide the features of a car.
Turbo engines though powerful are Noisy, Vibrate a lot and drink a lot. Just for the sake of driving pleasure, wouldn't recommend a 3cyl turbo. Kiger turbo owner reporting.
Whoever designed the rear needs a raise!
It's subjective, I personally feel it should have been raised more as the rear view is obstructive because of the small glass area.

I have Same car, Delta Plus, it gave me mileage of 27 average on a highway, (speed 70-90). One of the best car in this segment.

Near about same price Should I prefer Fronx Delta plus or Ester SX variant. I drive 40℅ in rural road 40℅ city road and020℅ highway.
