Looking at how popular Fronx is going to be due to its practicality despite its absurd name, I suppose Hyundai should(and it might) revive i20 Active with 190mm ground clearance.
@@varuntomer1725 Ground clearance is really required for Indian road conditions with pot-holes at random roads (which Google navigation at times includes in the route). Even in urban/metro areas, many a times a road or a highway is under construction or reconstruction and one cannot avoid the short but significant bad-road stretch or no-road situation. Body roll is the trade-off but then again no one is actually going to take a turn at 80kmph drifting on a track. (drifting is also only possible with RWD) Honda Civic and i20 Elite had 135mm ground clearance and one has to drive very carefully over bad-roads or absurd man-made speed breakers especially with all four seats occupied or they might suffer serious damage. That also applies to Honda City with 165mm ground clearance. Although, Nexon with 210mm GC is just bad design and unnecessary (which is even greater than Harrier/Safari-205mm and Scorpio/ScorpioN-187mm). Otherwise 180mm-190mm GC is very much practical. For the people willing to go on road-trips especially to hilly areas, the GC becomes a necessity. The trade-offs include body roll, less stability at high speeds and bad-score at Moose-Test. But then again, higher GC utility vehicles (i.e. SUV) aren't meant to be driven and shouldn't be driven at high speeds due to their design principle.
