Hey Kent and others… I was on this platform the other night after the Pacers lost and was pretty upset. I apologize that I wrote that the game was fixed. I actually re-watched the last minute and now believe the loss was squarely on the Pacers. While it’s true the home team and superstars usually get the advantage, there were mistakes in regulation during the last 30 seconds by Pacers players, unforced errors, and a big one by the coach, who had the humility to admit he screwed up and lost the game. It’s too bad. As a long-suffering Pacer fan going way back to the red, white, and blue basketball in the ABA, I know you have to take advantage of every opportunity you get. Hopefully, it goes better tonight. Fingers crossed.
Haliburton taking a 30 foot shot when the game is tied is fine if it's at the buzzer. With 3 or more seconds left the Celtics would have beat us with a rebound and time out. Pacers need to protect the ball tonight and guard jrue holiday better.

I think Haliburton stopped himself from taking that 28 footer because it would have left about 5 seconds left on the clock. I'm not saying he should not have taken it. I just think that was running through his mind at the time.

McConnell should have won 6th man. He is definitely proving his value in the playoffs as he did all year long. He is the scrappiest dude in the NBA.

Boy do I disagree about injuries to the secondary. True we aren't loaded with stars but, I'd like to remind you of Buda Baker and the guy that got fired with McKenzie. I don't remember his name but, New Orleans Saints could have been tried for attempted murder for what they did to him last year.

Pacers might play the best "team" basketball in the NBA, but that doesn't translate to championships in the pros like it does in college... you need multiple star players in the Pros...the team with the better players almost always wins a 7 games series ... Pacers need to add a an all-star max player to be able to actually challenge Boston... Pacers will be lucky to win one game in this series because they just don't have the firepower that you only get from star players ...
Multiple star players didn’t help the Lakers, Clippers, Suns, and Warriors. I think you are applying conclusions to fit two games of evidence.
@@KentSterling clippers just have the wrong players... you need a star player that can mess with what the Pacers already have... Pacers have really good roll players and a Robin but no batman... they have the money to sign a player but they need to sign the player that fits what they already have... u need 2 Allstar caliber players that way if one is having a subpar game the other can carry the load...
