Thanks to his political ideology, the Federal Government stopped investing in science, education, and all these policies led to the deindustrialization of this country and the increase in university tuition. The social problem the United States is experiencing is directly related to the neoliberal ideology that Ronald Reagan professed. In the 1980s, the life expectancy of the US was greater than that of the British on average, now Europeans enjoy a life expectancy of approximately 4 years more than Americans. In this country less than 1% is invested in research and development, but this country has the largest army in the world while 50 million people live in poverty and two million people are homeless. If you consider that these policies helped this country, I think you should inform yourself a little more. This is an explanation of why China has surpassed the United States on all fronts, because American politicians prioritize their ideology than common sense.
