Love the 2HG content, especially with Hijinks. Jim and Alex make a great team, as do Olivia and Eilidh. I always love seeing these decks being played, so much fun.
Doesn't really matter or change the outcome, but Jim totally forgot his Ephara trigger in the upkeep stack around 42:45, he and Eilidh would have drawn one more card ;) Edit: Might actually have been relevant, I believe that would have won Eilidh and Olivia the game with Triskaidekaphile :D But great game and always a fun combination with you and EDHijinks!
While I come here for the best gameplay and banter combinations on MTG YT, those playmates are fantastic. Hope they go up for sale soon. Would like to add one to my collection
pretty sure Jim missed some card draws, council should have had him drawing 6 on his turn for a bit while he had howling mine Draw, Howling Mine Draw, 4 from cloned councils (2 for self triggering, 2 for alex triggering off of howling mine)
Swindler's scheme is a may trigger, so you didn't have to reveal to Olivia casting a creature, knowing she would just get flumph. Not a missplay/error, just not 100% sure why Jim would want to give Olivia free real estate.
Didn't play close attention but I think Jim missed quite a few Wizard Class Level 3 triggers, didn't end up making that much of a difference though. Enjoyable game, good group, good camadarie.
For 5 minutes straight: Where are Olivia's treasures? Worth the wait!😅 Also, how do the spike feeders come across as such condescending assholes, but still loveable? Or is it just me?
I usually dont comment too much on missed triggers, but Olivia could have snowballed so much more with her dragon, it made treasure tap for two mana, not one, when cast her commander, it gave her a treasure when she targeted it with an aura and another when she attacked again. I was so sad to see poor dragon full potential museled.
32:40: question: Aren't those knights 6/6's, since Jim has Council of 8, so both copies give +2/+2? (Also some missed council triggers, but that's inevitable, I'm more surprised he missed this one.) Loved the game.

I've played against and beat Olivia's omen keel deck and beat it and it was one of the best games ever.
I feel like i missed where they came from, but Olivia's got some white permanents in a gruul commander deck lol
You might have missed when Olivia cast Etali, exiled her opponents cards from the top of their library and then was able to cast them. 23:40

It's kinda cute that since you can't counter Olivia's creatures that you just can take any creatures flipped from Swindler's Scheme.

Nope! The background grants the ability to my commander, and I only ever had one of those.
@@joedoe7572 Council only triggers on a players turn, so it doesn't care that Jim drew a second card on someone else's turn.
