I left a comment in which you responded on your “Way Down Yonder in New Orleans” performance from a couple months ago, but i somehow cleared it with my TH-cam history. I cherished that response and i am so frustrated that it’s gone. I’m from a rural town and a student at the university of iowa, and I feel like i’m in a musical desert - especially when it comes to jazz. Not only have you inspired me to practice piano, but you are the oasis in my life that is devoid of the music that i’ve come to love. I don’t know if you’ve already done a recording of this song, but I would adore a Fats Waller inspired performance of “Until the real thing comes along” from you.

Your improvisations are breathtaking, so tasty!! I love the old standards, and could listen to After You've Gone 100 times. What equipment are you recording with, just curious? I play you through my stereo system and the quality and balance is awesome even when you have a group. I don't see any mics.

Thank you. I use a Zoom H6 microphone connected to my laptop with a streaming software called OBS.
