  • In today's video, we see high-speed Amtrak trains at Kingston Station in South Kingstown, RI. The station was built in 1875 by the New York, Providence, and Boston Railroad. The station also served the Narragansett Pier Railroad. Nowadays, this station serves Amtrak's Northeast Regional service, with the Acela skipping this station at 150mph (240 kph).
