Yes Sir I agree with Ex DCP Mohammed Sir friendly police word is not good for officials, public will take advantage of Law Order, Politicians they should u der stand before giving names. Why should they give names to Law Organizations ? In USA there is no question of friendly police, once any body make a mistake immediately they act as per Law, very few percent mistake will happen.
