I have switched to battery powered lawn tools, including the mower. I really enjoy the quieter tools and the convenience of not messing with fuel. I have not experienced any problems, but I am not taming jungles like you. 😂
I went with the Stihl ap system and wow never going back to petrol. I scrapped all my petrol tools apart from my hedge trimmer but I have not even started it in over a year now. Just need a blower to finish off what I need. I take down 4ft+ high jungles with it.

U guys do such a good job helping people my dad is 76 years old and is losing his eye sight and he was in the Vietnam war and he is stubborn trying to paint his house and I told him no he couldn’t wish u guys lived closer to help him paint his house for him we need more good people like u guys in this world

Love the clucking chicken background. Great job! I see the gas trimmer handled the high grass better. When I turned 50, I convinced my husband to get me battery operated equipment. Granted we have only an acre and no high growth. You definitely need backup batteries, but I LOVE them. I currently have battery operated chainsaws, edgers, hedge trimmers also. They perform well, but those batteries are heavy. I Always hated the smell of gas his equipment left on me, plus the grease stains, and just starting them up wore me out! They are for muscled men! 😂. Now I’m 75 and the old heavy battery equipment has messed up my shoulder, so I have resorted to very lightweight *mini* battery operated saws, trimmers from China that use very small lightweight batteries and it works for me. For the big jobs, I hire someone.

That was a huge yard and overgrown. Now it looks amazing. That weeder works pretty good, but I hope the manufacturer can make a battery that doesn't weight that much. No sir, 57 is not old. But you do work hard and of course, sometimes you don't have the same strength. Take vitamins, they help a lot. That's what I've been doing....I'll be 70 in November and I still take care of my yard. The good thing is that is not too big. Take care, be safe. Many blessings to you, your beautiful wife and the rest of the family.

In California we can only use battery powered garden tools, no gas. My fingers get tired of holding the button down, if I don't hold the button down all the way, the weed eater shuts down. Can be a real pain. Great job!

The Toro looked better to use with longer shaft. Made less noise too. Maybe they sell straps you can attach and put over your shoulder to help with the extra weight. You don't realise how big some of the properties are until the before and after shots. Great job Robert. Might sound strange, but the property looked newer after you had finished it.😊
You are not old when i was your age I'm female (W heart problem ) could do the yard work full time job grand kids plus more. My daughter is same age as you and does yard work cut trees plus full time job. You are still young! Never think of your self as old.❤❤

Then 4 large pines fell preventing mowing even further so more overgrowth. It took us forever to finally get it cleared up somewhat. I need a beast of a machine like y’all got. Would’ve crushed the time it took. And the pain that followed. I’m disabled. Did too much. Need an amazing riding mower at some point that can somewhat do what you guys can.

All that brush with the little trees mixed in. I installed a Skilsaw blade on my trimmer in the 80s for this stuff. It worked great!
