- Kirby is one of Nintendo most popular and lovable characters, but despite this, most people don’t know much about his games. So today, let’s take a look at 100 Kirby Facts they you probably don’t know!
I recorded some parts while on vacation so some audio may be worse at times than others, but I hope you enjoyed anyways! -Mac

The one about meta knights armor, thats actuall from a page on the lost kirby gamecube game. that was NEVER what meta knight was supposed to look like. It was also repurposed into Morpho Knight in Star Allies and Forgoland

1. It's Kirby's Dream Land, not Kirby in Dream Land.
2. It's Kirby Air Ride, not Kirby's Air Ride, and Kirby Bowl 64 was a pretty different concept at first, even if parts of it did inspire Kirby Air Ride later.
4. That's a screenshot of Megaton Punch, but they are indeed in the Dedede battle as well.
9. It's Kirby: Triple Deluxe, not Kirby's Triple Deluxe.
11. Again, Kirby Air Ride, not Kirby's.
13. Anti-Kirby is a regular enemy, not a boss in Link's Awakening.
16. Actually, he had teeth in multiple commercials.
20. Only the game was going to be Twinkle Popo, the character was called Popopo originally.

24. The Eggerland games featured Lolo and Lala, not Lololo and Lalala, who are Kirby characters and are references to the Eggerland ones.
31. It's actually a cutscene cameo, but he is kind of not standing out, so yeah.
32. It's Kirby Fighters Deluxe, not Kirby's Fighter Deluxe.
35. That's a pretty bad pronunciation of the Japanese version of Dedede. You can have a closer version if you pronounce it like "Dell" three times without the two L's.
36. It's only the K. Rool trailer, Duck Hunt is in the Banjo one. And also, he's laughing at DK and Diddy, not the viewer. :)
37. The Superspicy Curry is in a few other Kirby games as well. Before it appeared in Brawl, it was also in Pinball Land, and later others. It's also not called the Superspicy Kirby as you said, and Brawl came out 16 years after KDL, not 15. :)
38. Yeah, what you were saying is right, but the year-later sequel is Kirby's Adventure for the NES, not KDL2 for the Game Boy. That one only came out a few years later. Also it's Kirby's Dream Land, not Kirby Dream Land.
39. Again, the sequel is not KDL2, but Adventure. And it only has 25 abilities, even if you count the Star Rod, not 26. And the block making ability never appeared later, that's Stone in Smash. And the fact that he's transforming into a "block" as you said and showed is just a reference to Stone being able to transform into different shapes starting in Super Star, as well as the garbage blocks in another Nintendo franchise, Panel de Pon.
42. That design was not made for Kirby's Adventure. And you're not even mentioning the fact that it became Morpho Knight later?

50. Star Allies is the first boxart to have a happy Kirby since Rainbow Curse? I mean, sure, but they only had 2 between them, so it's not really a huge accomplishment. And is also a very random thing to mention. Forgotten Land's Kirby is not happy either, so I have no idea what you're talking about.
55. I mean what counts as 3D? Dream Course has a playfield where you can move in all 3 dimensions, and it came out before Smash. But if you're talking about poligonal games, then sure. But Smash is only a 2D game with 3D visuals. As is Kirby 64 for the most part.

57. Not all of Kirby's moves in Smash are from his copy abilities. Most of his aerials are completely original, for example.
62. Huh? I have the Triple Deluxe soundtrack, which was before Robobot, and it's the European version. So this can't be right...
67. Again, Kirby Air Ride, not Kirby's Air Ride. And also, the menus are just similar because the menu designer was the same, but they are still different enough. Air Ride's menu is like the middle evolution between Melee and Brawl. Kid Icarus Uprising has a more similar menu to Brawl.

69. You showed Extra Epic Yarn for the 3DS, not the original for the Wii.
71. Again, that's the 3DS version.
73. Kirby's Return to Dream Land, not Kirby.
76. This just does not make any sense, Kirby's Pinball Land came out years before Pokémon came out in any form, let alone Pokémon Pinball. I don't want to look it up, but if anything, it probably uses the engine of Revenge of the 'Gator, an earlier pinball game by HAL, which was not published by Nintendo.

78. Not supposedly, they ARE different characters. And also some explanation would've been nice.
97. That's a screenshot of Samurai Kirby. And Milky Way Wishes is a sub-game, not a level. Also that sign says maido, not meido, and the writing on the screenshot you showed says "Kaabii" (Kirby) and it IS in the Western versions.

Cool idea for a video, but it has too much misinformation and too many mistakes. And also my passion for Kirby made me waste like 45 minutes on writing this, when nobody will read it. :(
Also Kirbys Adventure was the first Kirby game that had copy abilites. Not Dream Land 2. Also many of the mistakes are just him saying the titles wrong, wich can happen sometimes. But i agree this video had many mistakes.
@@RammansPizzas Yeah, but that's what I said: he said the right thing, but mistakenly showed KDL2 instead of Adventure (as he did not say the title, only "the sequel that came out a year later", which is Adventure).
And yeah, many of these mistakes were just saying the titles wrong, but when you're making a video about Kirby, the least you would make sure of is to get the titles right.

This "concept design" was meant for a completely different character as the pseudo-3D appearance is something only found in more Modern Kirby games than the official, simplistic artstyle of Meta-Knight's debut game.
No idea why this original character got grouped up with Metaknight's various designs in the artbook it was found in, but understandably this would cause confusion

4:02 well in old American cartoon all the realistic weapons (gun in particular) was replace by sci-fi fantasy weapons, it was because many parents complained about the presence of firearms in cartoons, they were afraid that children would want to imitate TV and start playing with their parents' guns. So they replacing realistic weapons by laser weapons, so it looked like toys. I think they change dede’s chainsaw so no kids would want to play with a chainsaw… I guess

There is a reference to the original white eyes in Smash Brawl (at least, not sure about the others). When Kirby copies M.K., his blue eyes look green through the visor, insinuating it's the helmet that turns M.K.'s eyes yellow.

The anime has a different story from the games so Kirby in the anime might be a different age from Kirby in the games

In Kirby and the forgotten land Kirby is called "the pink demon."
At 6:23 you claimed that the morpho knight design was an early concept for Meta Knight, which it isn't, it was Morpho Knight, who was supposed to be a character in the scrapped Kirby GameCube game and would eventually show up in Kirby Star Allies
The morpho knight design literally IS an early concept of Meta Knight, but was recycled into Morpho Knight for Star Allies. This was confirmed.
