    When removing, once the lock ring is loose, remove the crank arm fixing bolt to prevent it from being stripped out by the turning LRT.

    Will this work for ethirteen cranks, as they have a deep recess?

    • @parktool
      @parktool  ปีที่แล้ว

      No, e13 has a proprietary tool size for that. Use their tool

    How do you remove the non drive side crank arm?

    • @parktool
      @parktool  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The Shimano Steps has two styles. This tool fits systems using a slotted crank. Use a 5mm hex key to loosen bolts. Remove the cap, and the arm pulls off.

      @@toetz4491how do you figure out which motor you have? I have a 22’ Orbea rise with the ep8 motor?!

    • @toetz4491
      @toetz4491 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@jamesdavis9507 you have the ep8 motor .. if you take the motor off, youll have only two small sensor wire attachments (ep801 has 4) and the thick power wire (battery) is pointing to the top (the ep801is pointing sideways to mitigate the water ingress issues)
