Thanks for all the info you put out there Mark. I went from a dependent fat alcoholic, to a lean ish powerlifter with a 1306 total in my 40s. I only competed once but crushing weights it's a daily part of my routine and you have been a huge inspiration for me for close to a decade.
It's a way to avoid censorship, and videos getting flagged. Just get used to it, it's everywhere and everyone does it when they suspect the title might be a problem.
