I read/heard somewhere that this song isn't about a person but rather a time. He was talking to his youth and realising it was leaving him. I don't know how true that is but that is exactly what I think of every single time I hear this song. Wishing that I could go back but knowing I can only go forward. This song hits the spot.

These "hidden" B-sides are like 3 secret albums that hardly anyone knew about. Id rather not have the masses trying to butcher them and play them on the radio until they are hated.
