Great tutorial! I’m a cosmetology student and some of our instructors frown upon the new ways of curling hair. The way we’re taught makes a full curl...like for a wedding/prom look. While that’s great, more clients are leaning towards looser more casual, beach-like waves. Your video was easy to understand and duplicate. Can’t wait to try this next week! 💇🏻♀️👏🏻

I pretty much try to curl my hair this way, but I've never tried teasing the middle section, so I'm going to try that and see if it helps it look better.

Love the Kenra hair spray but I won’t spray it inside. It gets all my counter and leaves residue. So whenever I use hair spray it’s always sprayed outside. I use the window on our back door for a mirror. Lol!

When I do this I sleep with it in a pineapple. On my head with a covered band... It helps not to be flat next day.... just a touch up usually works Bend down gather up hair in a top of head pony tail That way it shapes to your head and not flattened out by sleeping on it 😘

Castor Oil is amazing with a few drops of Rosemary Essential oil, massage in scalp before bed when you are washing your hair in the morning. Very oily though, a little goes a long way.

I have a one inch and a 1.5 curling iron. Would either work? I hate to buy a third but if those worn work, let me know. I love how your hair looks. I have thin hair and it’s little longer than yours. I can’t do flat iron waves so this method helps.

I've never been able to do curls with my flat iron! Only can get 1 piece to curl, but then the rest look like crap!
