This was such an informative video. I can’t tell you how many times I have asked my stylist how to achieve these curls, and never once has the twisting of the hair technique been explained to me. ❤
@@tinadavies4195 you are so right!! This should not be allowed. We folks with truly fine thin hair get all excited thinking there is a solution!? But then discouraged, because it's not for real fine thin hair.
I think if we expect our hair to look like someone else’s then we will always be disappointed. Her tips are actually good tips for fine and thin hair. The point is to create more fullness with styling versus hair that is flat and not styled at all. Your hair may be thinner and finer to begin with but as long as you can create some more fullness than what you started out with by using some of these techniques then I still consider that a positive.
Gabi. Really enjoying your videos for thin fine hair. I'm a bit late coming to the party, never realized that layers actually don't offer volume to my hair. Can you offer any suggestions for growing out my layers?

My issue, is that I burn my scalp using a curling iron, would using small Velcro rollers and blow dry the ends work. Also after exercising I don’t always have the time to do all these steps. Any suggestions on keeping the waves after exercising.

Bonjour. Ça n'abime pas les cheveux, de les chauffer ? Merci, c'est généreux ce partage.
Love this!! ❤What’s the haircut?
I like 2XL volumizing spray by Tweak-d (they recently did a 2XL shampoo and conditioner that I also like) and they have the best scalp scrub I've ever used. Also use TRUHAIR Color & Lift - a colored powder that fills in where it's esp thin (like the front) and helps give a little lift
Gracias 🎉🎉🎉🎉
My issue, is that I burn my scalp using a curling iron, would using small Velcro rollers and blow dry the ends work. Also after exercising I don’t always have the time to do all these steps. Any suggestions on keeping the waves after exercising.
Question, what do you in order not to get burned hands or fingers???
Hermoso tu color dd cabello.
Excellent thank you for sharing
Some really great tips here.
hi Gabi where is the video where you curl your bob, the one you reference in this video that people found the technique complicated?? I like that technique and want to see the in depth tutorial. Thank you :)
Looks gorgeous!!!!!
Thanks girl!
How do you “section” your hair so well! I’ve never been able to section off areas so well…is there another video you have on this specifically??
Do you mean when I’m curling?
@@GlamGirlGabi yes, so when you have each section of your hair separated so neatly…how do you do that without being able to see the top/back of your head? Lol
The blow dry brush is too big for my fine thin hair.. Will not grab it the way it should. Anyone have recommendations for ones with a smaller barrel brush?
John Frieda sells some round ones that are different sizes. They are hard to find in stores but available on Amazon. I have one that has lasted me well over 10 years.
I get all of my thin hair wigs from the wig hut. Huge selection. Amazing video anyways love it!
HA I’ll have to try a scalp scrub. Thank you.
Do yuou still use the Tymo Airflow?
Yeah the TYMO airflow is great for curling and waving. I always use this first to smooth and then I’ll use airflow if I want waves after that.
Will this technique work on longer fine hair? Below shoulders but has layers in the front.....just realised you answered my question at the end of the video
Yup! It will look gorgeous. If your hair is longer, curl the entire thing. Don’t do the crimp straightener technique underneath.
@@GlamGirlGabiThankyou for answering so quickly 👍
Beautyful🌺 thank you😊
Fine hair is also gorgeous. You can do something different, but your natural hair is still beautiful - straight, curly, blonde, dark, etc.
Is there a blow dry brush for longer hair?
Hi Gabi, do you have any suggestions for a good conditioner that will provide some slip to fine dry wavy long hair. Im getting a lot of tangled on the ends when I shampoo and it's been a nightmare .... 🙄
I have two questions, where are you located in Canada, the GTA area? And are you taking clients at this time
Hey! I am not taking new clients at the moment. I am only taking event clients for hair and makeup. My website is www.glamgirlgabi.com. I don’t travel to the GTA anymore however.
